What are the shipping options? TOP

We ship through USPS using Parcel post. If you need it to be shipped faster, please contact us for other options. All of our cakes are carfully packaged to arrive just as it was shipped. To date, we have not had any issues during shipping.

How long does it take to create and ship? TOP

It usually takes aprox. 2-5 days to create after your order is placed to ship. It depends on the amount of orders I currently have. If you need it for a specific date that is within 2-3 weeks, please contact me to see if how fast I can get it out. The average time to create and for shipping is 2 1/2 weeks total. I do offer priority shipping as well, but for an extra fee.

Do you offer International shipping? TOP

We do ship internationally. With international shipping, we use USPS First Class mail. For faster shipping, please contact us for other options. Please note, there may be duties required. We are not responsible for any international duties.

Do you offer Local Pickup? TOP

Do we offer local Pickup? YES! If you would like to pick up your cake, please enter coupon code LocalPickup at checkout and the shipping value will be zero. We are located in the Richmond/Rosenberg area of Houston. We do not have an actual store, but we are willing to meet for pickup.

Note: If you use the coupon code and your wanting me to ship the cake, I will need you to pay for the shipping charges before I can ship it. The coupon code is for local pick up only!

What forms of payment do you offer? TOP

We offer payment through the website Paypal. Do you need to have a paypal account to purchase? No! You can choose not to log in and input any credit card through their website to make your purchase. It is easy and secure!

Do you have a return policy? TOP

Yes we do offer a return if your product was received not as described. We strive to achieve 100% satisfaction with all of our products. Each order is created unique and with love. If however you are not satisfied, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item. Shipping back to us is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the item back, we will refund you the cost of the item less any shipping charges.
